Sony is rumored to release these interesting lens cameras and I’m wondering what you guys think about it. Basically these are camera lenses with wifi and SD card slot that you can use with the iPhone or Android phones. You’ll use your phone to handle the framing or controlling the lens.

You can attach the lens to the back of your phone, but since they’re connected by wifi, I don’t think they have to be physically together. You can probably put the lens in your backpack, pretend to shoot with your phone that way even though you’re actually shooting that way.
I haven’t seen nothing else like this before. The lens also look big and they don’t look like they will be pocketable. We’re also not sure how much they’ll cost.
